Another Wednesday in the books at TBI. Thank you for trying us out. (2nd image, my COO is tired from today’s work)

For those who may not know us yet, we’re a local food trailer based in Donelson, serving Filipino and Jamaican food, and you’ll be seeing us around on Wednesdays for lunch.

This dish received a lot of positive reviews, hence, we’re bringing Bistek Tagalog back this week.

Thin-sliced beef, onions, soy and citrus.

We’ll be back at TBI tomorrow from 11 AM–2 PM, then Jenkins, Hip Donelson Farmers Market, and Jenkins again through the weekend.

Pork Belly Adobo kind of Thursday here at the nursery.

Slow-simmered pork belly with soy, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, and plenty of time for everything to come together. Rich, savory, a little tangy — exactly how my grandma cooked hers.

We’re at Jenkins Nursery today from 11 AM–4 PM.

Fresh mums & pumpkins are in at the nursery too.

Here’s our Pork belly adobo, Kalyé Kingston style. Slow-braised pork belly in a savory soy-vinegar sauce with garlic and bay leaves—best enjoyed over rice.

We’re bringing our Filipino–Caribbean food near TBI headquarters tomorrow, Wednesday, October 7, from 11 AM–2 PM!

Hey friends! We’re back at Jenkins Nursery & Landscaping tomorrow 8/27 from 11 to 4. Our lineup: jerk chicken, chicken adobo, pancit and lumpia (egg rolls).

Catch us also at Hip D Farmers Market on Fridays from 4 to 7 and our usual weekend times at the nursery from 11 to 4.

Also, let us assist your family by taking care of your family dinners once a week and available for pick up from Thursdays through Sunday. Pics 2-4 are from this past Sunday’s meal pick up. Chicken and Pork adobo, pancit, garlic rice and lumpia.

We’re tapping out this weekend!

After yesterday’s Hip D Farmers Market, we learned Tennessee heat is no joke—and apparently your shins can sweat. 🥵😂

We’ll be CLOSED Saturday & Sunday at Jenkins Nursery. We’re choosing shade, cold drinks and maybe a little lake time instead. 🌊🧊
