🥚🧬 DAY 7 CANDLING | OFFICIAL VANTA LINE ROLLOUT! 🖤

A little behind on updates, but the chickens run the schedule around here. I just try to keep up! 😂🐓

These Day 7 candling photos are perfect examples of why I call myself the Feral Pipe! 🪶

A photograph only tells part of the story. Shell characteristics, lighting, environmental conditions, and firsthand observations all play a role in evaluating what's happening inside an egg.

A couple of eggs left me with questions, so tonight's Day 10 candling should help give me a clearer picture! 🔬🐣

I may be slightly obsessed with this image right now. 🤣🖤

But honestly… it feels like The Feral Vantablack Project™ finally has a visual that matches what has been living in my head.

Genetics. Experimental breeding. Egg color. Fibro traits. Unexpected results. Preservation. A whole lot of documentation… and an unreasonable amount of chicken chaos along the way. 🧬🐓🥚

What started as curiosity has turned into something much bigger than I ever expected—and somehow we're still just getting started.

The Feral Vantablack Project™ 🖤

Everybody involved had no idea where this was going.
And honestly? We still don't. 🤣
