May has really only just begun, but it’s been a wild week! My return to Meridian Twp Farmer’s Market will be this Saturday 8-2. I’ve been taking orders for Saturday already. If you have something you would like for me to hold, please get in touch with me and I’ll do my best. I am out of some cuts. I brought a couple of animals in on Tuesday and hope to have a restock prior to my next market, which will be the second weekend in June. I’m only coming once per month this summer. We’ll see what happens.
In the meantime, please enjoy some pictures from this past week. Animals have been in pasture nearly two weeks now. I have a really lovely yearling heifer with unique white/blonde brindle-that’s what I’m calling it. Her name is Olive. Idina was scratching her behind on a rose bush in the pasture this morning. I thought that was funny. Band concerts, track meets, softball games, Prom, Drumline, redbud jelly making, manure hauling, garden tilling….typical May. See you Saturday!
