I fired up the mini weber this evening and put on a couple of hamburger patties, and a few country style pork ribs. I learned a new lesson tonight. Don't lick the bbq sauce off the grill. Lick your fingers, your plate, the knife, even the brush. But don't lick the grill.

I hate to cook just for myself but it's looking like if I'm gonna have something with bbq sauce on it. I'll have to cook it.

We got set up just after 6pm, fire started and had a deadline of midnight.
