We cannot thank everyone enough for the incredible support you’ve shown our BBQ over the last 3 days. We knew y’all were excited about it, but we weren’t prepared for just how much support we would receive!
And a special THANK YOU to everyone who has taken the time to tell us how much you enjoyed the food! Whether you stopped us in the store, sent us a message, left a comment, or told someone else about your meal — we’ve seen and heard your feedback, and it means more to us than you know. Hearing that y’all are enjoying the BBQ makes all the long hours and hard work worth it! ❤️🔥
As we work through this new adventure, we’re learning a lot along the way. One thing that makes our shop a little different is that we still hand-cut our fresh meats in-house, and with nearly 200 different fresh meat items to keep cut, packaged and stocked, our crew has been working extremely hard trying to keep up with both sides of the business.
Because we are currently short-staffed and need some time to get our fresh meat cases stocked back up, we will NOT be serving BBQ this weekend.
We know some of y’all may be disappointed, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience with us. We want to do this the right way and make sure adding BBQ doesn't take away from the quality and service you've come to expect from our butcher shop.
