I’ve tried and I’ve tried to have this fireplace be an emergency heat for the house. Now through trial and error finally got it down. This is our new heat exchanger and this has worked perfectly. A heat exchanger for a open wood burning fireplace is where you run a pipe and have on one end a blower fan and then while the air is pushed through the pipe that is heated by the fire you get a quick heater for the house. Our living room has gone from 68 degrees and is now staying at a constant 72 degrees and holding. This is awesome. Even ran me out of there lol.

Well we are getting somewhere!
Jessalyn has got over 2/3 of our landscape Timbers ready for the flower bed. I’ve been working on trying to get the porch sanded down. Trying to get the old paint of of it. The wood on the porch is close to 100 years old.

It’s spring time! The wife and I are trying to get things cleaned up around our little homestead. Stay tuned everyone! Hope everyone has a great day! And get out there and get those garden beds, gardens, flower beds and flower pots ready. But remember to plant after Good Friday.

Well I have decided it is time to take a break from the poultry for now(tired of the crazy birds getting on my porch and leaving presents 💩)
So I’ve decided to put up for sell my three turkeys 🦃 and the remaining four chickens here on the farm.
Just ready for a little break for now. As much as I hate to do it and enjoy the birds, I’m just ready for a break and to enjoy my family. Get things fixed up around here how I want it and one day have birds again.
So whoever is interested please contact me privately (Cody Scott) and I’ll tell you the price info on the birds.
