Next cheesecake up to bat, Guinness chocolate. This one... what do I even say? Sitting on an Oreo crust is a Guinness and cocoa filling, topped with a kahlua and white chocolate ganache and dark chocolate shavings, this is truly a chocolate (and alcohol) lovers dream. What’s better than a little booze with your sweets?

🚨ISSA NEW CHEESECAKE ALERT 🚨 Merry Christmas from the sweet cakes kitchen (it’s me, I’m the sweet cakes kitchen)! Today I’m spending time with family and of course I can’t stay away from the mixer so I decided to pop out a few of the January flavors for my family to try. Here we have the strawberry & champagne cheesecake 😋 A champagne filling sitting on a vanilla wafer crust, topped with strawberry purée, chopped strawberries, a strawberry and champagne whipped cream piped on top and gold stars (you can eat those too) to top everything off. Ring in the new year the right way and make sure to order one of these things when Januarys orders open on 11/27 (TWO DAYS)

Hello sweet friends! After a huge response to this I’ve decided to host four cheesecake classes throughout the month of December through zoom! Each class will be a different flavor that we will all do together, so you can bake a treat for you, friends, or family all by yourself! Perfect for when you’re craving one and orders are full!
