Since 1938, Mid’s has been making pasta and pizza sauce the traditional way—packing every jar full of flavor! We proudly source our ingredients from the best farmers and artisans worldwide. Our sauces are made from California-grown tomatoes, vegetables and herbs, fresh imported cheese and olive oil, and high-quality meats. But the ingredients that go into our sauce are only the beginning of our story. The key to our sauce is what happens in the kitchen. Time is flavor, and that’s why we proudly make our sauce as slowly as possible. We’re committed to our traditional sauce-making techniques, crafting small batches, slow-simmered for 2 hours in open kettles. Just like you would do on your own stove, only our sauce is already ready. It’s the perfect choice for the flavor obsessed. Don’t take our word for it. Try us for yourself and upgrade your meals with Mid’s!
