Wanted to give a quick update because many have asked what our hours will be this weekend:) Depending on how the hurricane and winds progress could cause us to change what’s mentioned below. More than anything we are praying for our community and all affected communities. All the glory to God:)

Yesterday Baker Brett and I biked close to 20 miles on these old fashioned bikes from Calistoga to St. Helena here in Napa! 🤪

We are so grateful for this time together this week to slow down and see God’s beauty in the mountains of California and this morning we get to see our daughter graduate from her second tech school in the Air Force:)

Huge thanks to our amazing staff who go over and beyond making sure customers are treated with kindness and our fresh food is made with love:) We could never take a long break like this without their hard work and dedication. All the glory to God:)

This Thursday night:) Open to anyone needing support:) All the glory to God:)

🍂🥘 CROCK-TOBER starts tomorrow.
I would love to help BRIDGE any gaps you have with being intentional with eating healthier:) 🤪

I’m such a “crock pot chick” because of how simple and easy it is to eat healthier while juggling a full plate of life:)

Starting tomorrow, I’m partnering up with some friends to share 31 days of healthy, high-protein, easy crockpot recipes in our online healthy living community.

Please join us!

It’s free.
Nothing to buy (unless you need a crock pot).
Just simple recipes, less stress at dinnertime, and hopefully a few new favorites you’ll make again and again.

Because eating better doesn’t have to mean making life harder.

Want to join us for Crock-tober? Drop a 🙋‍♀️ below or send me a message and I’ll get you added! All the glory to God:)
