Good news. Papa Buck is responding well to his cancer care. We cherish our time we operated Mama Buck's Food Truck. My heart is full of great memories serving our customers. Well wishes to you all. Now, I still have a food service business in mind. I grew up in a family that operated and owned many types of small businesses. Take care.

We are cooking and prepping for lunch tomorrow. Our special tomorrow is Mexican Pepper Steak. Strips of beef sirloin sautéed with red and green bell peppers, onions in a tomato chili sauce, over rice served with green beans and a corn bread muffin with honey butter. Served with a beverage of your choice.
