SOLD OUT!!!

This dinner has turned into something bigger than we ever imagined and we can't wait to show you.

Farmer Sprout (Sarah) is opening up Purple Buffalo Farms, LLC in Montford Cove for the whole night. Her microgreens are going straight into your salad and her land is where our long table gets set.

Chris & Jillian from Howe's Kitchen & Pantry are stepping in as our chefs, taking pasture-raised chicken thighs from our farm, Sarah's microgreens and vegetables from farms all over McDowell County, and turning it into a meal you'll be telling people about for years.

Beth from Holly Cove Farms, LLC is even bringing in wild, foraged ingredients to round the whole thing out.

Every seat at that table will be dressed by Danielle of Becker Farm, whose flower arrangements bring elegance to everything she touches.

And to make sure we remember this night forever.... We've partnered with Gavin Bertrand at Shield and Shutter Photography to capture the memories camera.

So here's the honest truth, from me, your farmer Stacie...

I'm doing this because I love watching people fall in love with real food again. I want a night where you know exactly whose hands raised your chicken, whose ground grew your greens, and whose kitchen cooked it all.

This is our first annual Farm to Table Dinner, and it means something to me that you'd spend an evening at our table for it. 🩵

McDowell FFA Officer Introductions:

My name is Kaelyn Sutherland and I am currently serving as your McDowell FFA Treasurer. I enjoy hanging out with friends and family and taking care of my goats. My favorite Ag event would be volunteering at the Moo-ternity Ward at the North Carolina Mountain State Fair every year where we get to talk to the public about dairy cows and how important our livestock is to the agricultural industry. My favorite FFA Event would either be Nationals or State FFA Convention. My SAE is working for Edwards Family Farm in Nebo, NC. There I assist with the daily operations and sell their meat products at the local farmers market.
