Also, a huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us yesterday. Getting our Beer back on drafting in cans for the people has been a journey, and we are here for it. Sometimes all you need in life is a sandwich, some good music, friends, and family. Here’s to it.

Cruising into the weekend in style on this beautiful overcast day in the mountains feels good. Especially when we are sipping on some Unfiltered sizzurp. Might we suggest Clouds & Sea, our flagship Unfiltered Pale Ale?! It’s tasting as bright and delicate as always.

We are gearing up for a super fun Saturday celebration, with a good ol’ knotted Root summer Cook Off, cooking Hoboken Italian Beef Sammies with imported MOOTZ, braised beef, Au Jus, and Giardinara and limited roasted Eggplants available as a vegetarian option.

We’re also so excited to have music from local legends Smooth Money Gesture & Family. Music starts at 2pm and is FREE!

Anddddddd this Friday also begins the first iteration of our Friday night Grateful Dead dance parties! Starting at 6 PM every Friday night we’re gonna be playing full concerts on our projector with our sound system, turning up the volume and encouraging folks to come act like a spinner in the hallway of a foggy stadium in 1984.

We had our first canning run two months and are excited to share that the beer packaged is not only an accurate representation of who we are as a brewery… they are exceptional, boundary-pushing examples what hop focused beer is possible of being. We are absolutely stoked for you to try these products. After you drink them, you’re gonna like the way you look… we guarantee it.

I also want to take a moment to send a distinct shout out to our brother Matt, who is looking down, drinking this beer grooving from above. We were honored to be approached about making a beer as a celebration of his life before the kinggizzard Field of Vision Festival, where he tragically passed away last year. We were his favorite brewery… even more special that this beer was our very first beer back. We know how much he would have loved it. Cheers Matt. Float Along⚡️

Hello and Welcome. Welcome to the latest edition of “How to Rebuild a Brewery: PT 3.4567”

We are excited to announce that we are having a release party next weekend for our first round of beers back into the universe where we will be debuting some fresh, experimental hoppy ales. Making these new beers pushed our own boundaries on production and were great introductions to our space, processes, and vibe for our new brew team and path forward. .
And through all of this, the support from folks has been so humbling. Embracing this as a blessing, a lesson, and a means to a greater end has been an important part of this process. We wouldn’t have been able to do that without all of you. Masha danki, Ayo. Taboot. .

We’re in the homestretch of our rebuild and good things are brewing 😏 stay tuned for details on our release party next weekend! We’re bringing back some favorites and a renewed sense of enthusiasm. And thank you, so much, for supporting us through this transition. It wouldn’t be possible without our community, friends, customers, and team that keeps this heart beating.

It’s been a journey but we’re excited for the comeback.

Sometimes I think about how right things could be when I eat, snack. snacks, Bug?! … and just, I really really love snacks.
