✨ Calling All Small Business Owners! ✨

As some of you may know, October will be my last month in my current unit for Nico’s Sips. We have definitely out grown our spot and I wanted to do better for our community! During this time, I’ve been exploring opportunities to stay on Nederland Avenue and continue growing the business in a new space.

I’ve come across a potential location that has multiple rooms that could be perfect for small business owners looking for a space of their own without the high cost of renting an entire storefront. The idea is to share a location while still allowing each business owner to have their own dedicated space, with utilities included and affordability in mind! 🤎

I’m currently looking for TWO small business owners who may be interested in partnering on this opportunity!

If you’re an entrepreneur looking for an affordable space to grow your business, establish your brand, and connect with other local business owners, this could be a great opportunity for you.
