We’re expanding our team and looking for talented, passionate people who love great food, beautiful pastries, and creating a welcoming café experience.

We’re hiring:
• Overnight Bakers
• Bakers
• Baristas

Our overnight bakers play an essential role in bringing French Press to life each morning. Responsibilities include preparation and baking of pastries, viennoiseries, other bakery items, and more!

Our commissary in Needham is where the magic happens—creating some of the area’s best croissants and French pastries using exceptional ingredients and classic French baking techniques.

Whether you’re an experienced baker, passionate about coffee, or looking to sharpen your craft, we’d love to meet you!

Dear Friends, Neighbors, and Beloved Guests,

Owning and operating French Press Bakery & Cafe has been one of my greatest accomplishments. While I am personally saying goodbye, I leave with an overwhelming sense of appreciation for the community that welcomed and supported me for all these years.

To everyone who has stopped in for a cup of coffee, shared a meal with us, picked up a favorite pastry, celebrated a special occasion, or simply made French Press part of your day—thank you. Your support, kindness, encouragement, and loyalty over these past 11 years have meant more to me than I can possibly express.

I look forward to this exciting next chapter, which will allow more time with my kiddos, as I had them later in life and they deserve more of my time. I won’t fade away completely as I’ll be business advising to provide decades of my experience on a more flexible schedule.

As this chapter begins, I am proud to announce Arthur Davtian, our Executive Pastry Chef and Assistant General Manager as my successor. Congratulations!
