After 2 years of life doing what it does, we are back! The farm work never stopped, we’re just finally posting again. 😆
With spring on its way, we felt it’s the right time to resume our regular programming.
We are so excited for what this year is going to offer and can’t wait to make many new friends on here. 🌷🐣

For any of our followers in the Rosenberg area; I cannot recommend this cute little farm more! We have bought hatching eggs/ pullets from them and can vouch on the quality and healthiness. ☺️

Miss Gouda here has a very important request for all friends of FJF!

Can you see the difference between our egg and a store bought egg? 🍳☺️ we are very proud to say our eggs attain that deep orange color from high quality feed and many fruits, herbs and vegetables that help increase the vitamin content.

Hi everyone! We have a new shipment of vaccines we are now offering for flocks in our area (77461 but willing to travel).
Mycoplasma gallisepticum is an upper respiratory infection that happens in flocks who become exposed to the bacteria through feed, water, cross contamination (shoes, feed buckets, etc), wildlife and other flocks. This can present with bubbly or swollen eyes, coughing and sneezing, nasal discharge, lethargy or gasping for air. The MG vaccine not only prevents your flock from contracting this lifelong sickness but it will also help with symptoms if they contract other respiratory infections. Birds must be 10 days of age or older, booster is recommended at point of lay or within 4 weeks of the first vaccine. $5 per vaccine if under 10 birds. $3 per vaccine for 10 or more birds. If anybody is interested in vaccinating on their own and are only needing the medicine filled syringes we can also do that! 😊

These babies were dumped 5 minutes from our property and we could not leave them there with the horrible weather. If anybody is looking for a companion please let me know. Although I wish I could keep these babies I have too much on my hands at the moment. It’s 2 boys and 3 girls. They have been given a flea bath and are eating kibble. We are in Needville but willing to meet in the surrounding area. They appear healthy but would be much happier in a loving home.
