All We Need Farms Farmstead-Handmade-Delicious Goat Milk Pops Good food means a lot of different things. When we say "good food", we mean more than just great tasting food.

We mean "good" in the way that it is raised. Good in the way it helps build better soil. We believe in building the soil, because better soil biology creates better tasting, higher quality products. We don't like short cuts. We believe in working with nature to create a diverse system that works best for our area. We prefer to sell directly to the people who will use our products and value the relationships we have with our fellow farmers. We want to leave our county in a better condition than when we first found it. We thank everyone who takes this journey with us.

This is our last week of pop production at the farm. Our walk in is full, and we are ready to spend time taking care of customers and finding new ones, breeding our does for next season and having a few farm tours.

If you know of a mom and pop shop that would host our pops, please reach out and tell them about the work we do here at All We Need. I am looking to expand our reach across South Texas.

We make anywhere between 500 - 800 pops a day in our little kitchen. All of those sticks are placed by Stephanie’s hands...

We make anywhere between 500 - 800 pops a day in our little kitchen. All of those sticks are placed by Stephanie’s hands. Because we are moving so quickly, sometimes sticks drop. Once they leave her gloved hand and hit the table, they are no longer fit for production.
We saved them this year, and in the picture is Stephanie holding a whole year’s worth of dropped sticks. We are donating these to Needville ISD for art projects.
