I have the best job in the world! I am able to celebrate the most special moments with couples almost every weekend. This weekend, well — it is extra special. I have had the privilege of watching this boy grow into the most handsome and kind man! He found the perfect life partner in Sydney! I am looking forward to celebrating these two, along with their families and some fabulous food — all weekend! Let the festivities begin!

Congratulations to the Guillot’s. The celebration was indeed beautiful despite the rain. Who worries about the weather when there is delicious food to indulge in?

Passed hors d’oeuvres of crawfish beignets and pimento cheese/bacon jam cones, Oysters Rockefeller, Prime Rib, Shrimp Pasta ….. all the good stuff!

We are blessed to have the most beautiful brides! She and her Mother knew exactly what they wanted and it was perfectly executed by Matt at The Wedding Collection! The Slovenian Lodge was draped in a blanket of dreamy florals and the band…… FIRE!!! Last, but not least, our team delivered an amazing meal!
