These little PoHu mushrooms are just getting started, but they’re already working hard to be ready for the farmers market this weekend.

We’re excited to introduce PoHu mushrooms as the newest addition to the Nalaver Farm lineup! Watching these clusters grow from tiny pins into beautiful harvests is one of the best parts of what we do.

Missed these on my last harvest, and they got just a little bigger than expected! I’d say they took full advantage of the extra growing time.

One thing’s for sure—they’re still absolutely beautiful. Nature always finds a way to impress. 💚
