Trust building because unfortunately love isn't equal for every living soul out there. We aim to change that. These two little potbellies love rooting up the ground so we have teamed up for a more natural way to plow our gardens here at Emory's Acres. Paid gig, unlimited belly rubs and treats.

Happy Easter everyone! We hope your day is full of family, friends, and food ❤️ ...

Hey everyone!! It’s been too long—I need to get better at being three people all at once! 😵‍💫🤣
UPDATE: A special thank you to Christy Ward for helping us out on the farm and keeping Nibbler out of the house. Because of this, we were able to give a small rescue some breathing room so they could focus on other animals in need.
Rescue is so important—so many people think farm animals are cute until they grow up and become loud adults. It’s okay though—Emory’s Acres will always try to help. We love all animals, and we’re doing our best to provide natural, healthy habitats.
With that said, we are so excited to welcome some new littles to our already chaotic family: 3 adult ducks, 4 roosters (2 have already found homes, and the other 2 will stay with us permanently), and 2 adult Buff Laced Polish. As always, I traveled overnight to keep things calm, and it’s been raining since we got home, so better pics soon!

What would you name your ducks?

Emory's Acres would like to welcome our newest additions to our family.
These 2 are so excited to be apart of our educational programs.

Listed as a "Threatened" breed by the Livestock Conservancy. The Cayuga is a hardy, American heritage duck breed known for its striking iridescent black plumage with a green/purple sheen, docile temperament, and unique black eggs that lighten to white as the season progresses. Originally from New York's Finger Lakes region, they are excellent foragers, good for both meat and eggs, and popular for exhibition due to their beauty and calm nature.

We have dinosaurs eggs, believed to be from the theropod lineage. Come on 🦖🦖🦖🦖RAWR!!! 20ish days the count down is on
