My wife's great-grandfather and grandfather built Briggs Farm in the early 1900's. When her grandfather retired from farming, none of his kids continued the business. He eventually sold the farmhouse and all the barns out of the family in 1985. Over the years it has passed between different owners. We specialize in fruit and vegetable production farm to table direct. We have a small orchard with apples, pears cherries, plums and peaches. (Seasonal) We also have Blackberries, Strawberries and Raspberries. We also grow various vegetables in our 900 sq foot greenhouse and our raised bed gardens. Everything we grow is pesticide free. Our most recent addition to Brillon is an apiary (bee hives) we started in 2018 to help with pollination of the fruit trees. We have an abundance of fresh raw honey and will be adding this to our product list in the very near future.
