Singing Hills Goat Dairy

Singing Hills Goat Dairy Four Part Harmony between the Land, Animals, Farmers and You. Singing Hills Dairy is a small artisan goat cheese dairy farm near Nerstrand, Minnesota.

This farm produces fresh chevre, feta, curds and yogurt from the on-farm certified cheese plant. In addition, the farm also raises whey-fed pork in season. The farm goat herd consists of twenty-six milking Saanen and Nubian does with numerous happy-go-lucky kids on 25 acres of rolling grassland that borders Big Woods State Park. To meet demand and maintain supply, the dairy also purchases milk from her neighbors, Morgan and Keith Allen of Hay Creek Farm, who milk 30 goats.
