Sogn and Morcella were part of our big night out at Travail! The Forager Dinner was stunning and absolutely delicious!
Sogn was featured in the cheese course with lavash, jalapeƱo honey, pear butter, mushroom chutney & candied walnuts.
Morcella was central in a wild rice risotto with fiddlehead ferns and broccolini.
Well done Travail crew! Beautiful work!
