Tonight for supper we had smoked wings seasoned with Heath Riles BBQ BBQ Cajun Creole Garlic Butter and brushed with some of his sweet bbq sauce and let me tell ya… those are some of the best wings I’ve ever had 😋

I also decided to make hamburger buns using my yeast roll recipe and I tried a new recipe for the burger patties - I can’t wait to share that one with y’all because these were the best burgers I think I’ve ever had

I used to work at a little family restaurant when I was in high school and they had this baked potato casserole that I thought was just the best thing ever - so yesterday I messaged the owners son who used to run the kitchen and asked if he remembered the recipe (the restaurant has been closed for a few years)… imagine the disappointment I felt when he said “mom used to order those from Sysco” ☹️🤯

So if anybody has sysco’s baked potato casserole recipe from 2007 I’d love to have it 😂

This garlic butter chicken and rice is so easy and always a favorite!

Ingredients:

2 packs of knorr herb and butter rice
1 can of Campbells cream of chicken with herb soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
20 oz of chicken broth
2 lbs of chicken tenderloins
Seasoning of your choice

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine rice, soups, and chicken broth - mix well. Add to a greased 9x13 baking dish. Add chicken tenderloins one at a time then top with seasonings - I use Heath Riles BBQ garlic butter seasoning. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
