We have a quarter of beautiful grass-fed beef available later this summer, ready to fill your grill for those first few tailgates of the fall! As always, raised with no hormones or antibiotics, just our lush pasture.

Spring is here and summer is on the way, so it’s fair to say we have grilling on the brain!

We have a black angus steer butchered last week, ready for the taking!

Purchase a quarter or half of this grass fed only beef, as always with no hormones and no antibiotics. Processing done locally at Midwest Pack in Nevada, Iowa.

$3.25/pound carcass weight for 1/2 beef
$3.50/pound carcass weight for 1/4 beef

Springtime means new babies everywhere on the farm! This bull calf was born yesterday.

If you’re looking to stock up as you dream of warmer spring and summer days, we have three yearling lambs available for May! As always, these lambs were raised antibiotic and hormone free and exclusively grass fed. $75 dollar processing fee to our local butcher, plus carcass weight of $3/pound (expect 50-60 pounds).
