This year's version of NC features both Midsummer and Honey Tree honey from Hosey Honey in (historic) Midway, KY, and Penzey's Grenadian West Indian Nutmeg and
Vietnamese Extra Fancy Cinnamon . The brewery will smell great for the next few days.
