As we age, it becomes easier to get dehydrated — especially during warmer weather. Encourage seniors to drink water regularly throughout the day, even if they don’t feel thirsty.

Simple ways to help:
✅ Keep water nearby
✅ Offer fruit with high water content
✅ Use easy-to-hold cups
✅ Add lemon or flavor if plain water is unappealing
