The Maple Lodge LLC We produce 100% pure Pennsylvania maple syrup and confections. Our goal is to have all 75 tappable acres in production by the end of 2022.

The Maple Lodge is a family-owned business located in New Alexandria, Pennsylvania that specializes in producing 100% pure maple syrup products. The original 58 acre Maple Lodge began producing maple syrup not long after it’s construction in the late 1870’s/early 1880’s and ceased production when the property changed hands just before the turn of the 20th century. In 2009, we became the proud new

owners and after some much needed TLC, we tapped our first 100 trees in 2012 with the help of Julie’s Great Uncle Andy. Adjacent parcels were added to the farm in 2020 and 2021 bringing The Maple Lodge to a total of 236 acres.

Today is the day for our annual The Concord One-Room School, Loyalhanna Twp, Pennsylvania Maple Breakfast! Breakfast is cooking and vendor market is in full swing. Like estate sales and antiques...we got that too. Come tour the antique carriage house and the refurbished one room school house. Great family event!

Celebrate spring with us at the Maple Breakfast Festival benefiting the Concord School and Carriage House. This year is also 150 year anniversary of Doubletree Farm, a homestead farm in Loyalhanna Township, PA.

We took our maple tour on the road today to visit West Point Elementary School. The 5th grade students there had just completed a learning segment on making maple syrup including tapping trees at the school and having the sap boiled down. We were joined by our dear friend Westmoreland Fair Queen Ella to help celebrate Ag Literacy Week. Thanks Westmoreland County Farm Bureau for your support as we education youth on where their food comes from.

Banana Bread Latte, so far, is everyone’s favorite from the new spring menu. That’s because we make the cold foam with The Maple Lodge LLC Vanilla infused maple syrup. If you haven’t tried this syrup it is amazing!!!
