New Sourdough Learning Opportunity! Katie Giannattasio of Simplicity Homemade is taking her class on the road to the St. Clair County Harvest Days in August. Actually, she was invited to teach the class there, so she is. Class runs about 2 hours depending on questions. You need to bring your own bowl about 3 quarts in size. Katie will bring everything else. You will go home with a loaf ready to bake and a starter for the next one. It's a great class. We've been doing these in Armada for a couple years now and everyone goes away impressed and happy. The price of the class is $50. You will need to pay the Harvest Days entry fee of $5 but it's good for the entire event, not just getting you to class.

The market tonight has been really slow!! If anyone wants Sourdough bread and/or chocolate chip cookies I have some available for porch pickup tonight or tomorrow 😀

I have plain Sourdough bread ($10), jalapeno cheddar Sourdough bread ($12), cinnamon raisin Sourdough bread ($12)

Sourdough chocolate chip cookies (3ct for $5 or half dozen for $10)
