All you fans. This is one for the record books. Otoro tuna - I've never had this amazing cut of fish until today. It's fatty, rich, and so decadent that I could only eat 3 slices with a small side of veggies before feeling stuffed. After a little online research I found out that otoro tuna is made from the belly portion of the tuna. Kinda like bacon from a pig. It has tons of fatty marbling and a soft tender texture that doesn't fall apart when cutting it. It actually resembles a cut a wagu beef when raw. This treat was a jameneats first that will be repeated.

Clams or quahogs? I grew up calling them clams where I'm from. No matter the name, loves them stuffed, chowdered, steamed, or fried. Today they are stuffed.
