Introducing Just Another Wish in the Well, our take on a Mexican Dark Lager where classic Vienna lager tradition meets Mexican brewing influence in a beer that’s endlessly rewarding.

Pouring a deep amber, Just Another Wish in the Well opens with smooth caramel, followed by hints of milk chocolate and a soft kiss of roast. A medium, silky body carries it along, while bright, lively carbonation keeps each sip crisp, snappy, and refreshing from start to finish.🫧

Light on the palate but full of character, it’s complex, intriguing, and dangerously drinkable. The kind of beer you didn’t know you were wishing for, but now can’t stop reaching for. 🍻

Let’s start it off with a bang.

A reimagined Czech Dark Lager, Calm & Content returns in 2026 lighter on its feet and more effortless than ever. With a gently lowered ABV ( down to 4.6% abv), this iteration leans fully into drinkability without sacrificing depth, balance, or character.

It still pours a striking wave of black into the glass, catching flashes of deep garnet when the light hits just right. Thoughtful process refinements, including spunding and subtle fermentation tweaks, create a plush, creamy off white head and a body that feels both full and remarkably light, moving across the palate with ease.

Classic Saaz hops provide a soft whisper of floral spice, while smooth, refined dark malt character delivers notes of gentle roast and round malt sweetness, never heavy, never sharp. Every adjustment to the recipe was made with one goal in mind, to make each sip smoother, more quaffable, and more inviting than the last.

The result is the Czech Dark Lager we’ve always dreamed of, quietly expressive, endlessly drinkable, and perfectly balanced. As calm as a snow covered forest after a storm. We couldn’t be more content. 🍻

Nelson Sauvin leads with bright passionfruit notes, while a blend of our favorite American hops adds layers of peach, apricot, and stone fruit over a smooth, creamy base. Introducing Introverts, a bourbon barrel-aged stout built for quiet moments and deep thoughts. At 10.2% ABV, it’s rich, warming, and deeply comforting. Aromas of dry cocoa and charred oak draw you in, followed by waves of smooth milk and dark chocolate layered with vanilla, spice, and deep bourbon warmth. It’s a beer for late nights, low lights, and keeping good company, mostly with yourself.

Introducing Ruthie. Named after our wildly lovable pug, this beer is just as rambunctious. Packed with whole blueberries and purée, Ruthie pours somewhere between purple and fuchsia with a thick, pink-tinged head. Just like the pup herself, it’s bubbly, tangy, and just a little unhinged.
