Hey fellow BBQ junkies..... The response has been overwhelming since we started this endeavour. We have been getting calls and text orders all week but because of Mother's Day and family committments, we must begin on MAY 17 ( Saturday ). Please get your orders in by 5/15. Sorry to the woman from Boston who wanted to feed her family a Mother's Day BBQ ---- BIG DADDY STYLE !!! We'll get you next time. PEACE !

Trying an "experiment" in the labratory tonight. This is an 8 pound boneless Boston butt roast wrapped with 2 lbs of bacon headed for a 12 hour cherrywood smoke. Updates as they occur.

Thanks everyone for your kind words of encouragement. I know this is going to be great because we are putting so much LOVE into this food. I even got a little rambunctious tonight and rubbed down 4 racks of ribs for the guys at work tom'w. YUMMMMMY. Please message me your email addresses and I'll send you an "updated" menu as a .pdf file. Because of mother's day this Sunday... our first pickup date wil be Saturday May 17th. So get your orders in by Thursday 5/15.
