Today, Gamay Food Ingredients, Welcome Dairy and North Star Processing are combining their passion for world-class flavor innovation with top-of-the-line processing capabilities and uniting them under one name – Revela Foods. The name Revela emerged from words that convey and combine the unique characteristics of all three brands: revel, revelation and reveal.

By combining Gamay Food Ingredients, Welcome Dairy and North Star Processing LLC under the Revela name, we unite our passion for flavor and high-quality ingredients with extensive experience and the commitment to bring you the very best in trusted, customized solutions.

We want you to celebrate the launch of Revela Foods with us at IFT - Institute of Food Technologists FIRST, McCormick Place Chicago, IL on July 10th-13th. Join us at the Welcome and Gamay Food Ingredients booths and for the launch of our new name. We can’t wait to see you there!
