Big news, popcorn lovers! Fireside Popcorn is coming to Mike's Farm! 🍿❤️

We’re so excited to share that Mike’s Farm will have Fireside Popcorn on their shelves next week!

What began as a family-owned Christmas tree farm 40 years ago has grown into an incredible destination with so much to explore.

The grounds are beautiful, the family is absolutely lovely, and the entire staff makes you feel right at home. We’re thrilled to be part of this special place!

Make a day of it! 🎶 Feed the animals, take a hayride, enjoy live music, soak up the farm atmosphere, and grab a bag (or two!) of Fireside Popcorn. Sour Cream and Shallot was one of the top favorites, but we’ll have eight flavors for you to choose from in their wonderful NC Product shop.

Mike’s Farm, just outside Jacksonville, NC -

For our dog lovers! 🐾

We air pop our popcorn for special dog treats, then we put it in our kettle to mix with a little coconut oil and a light dusting of natural powders to make peanut butter, purple sweet potato, and pumpkin-flavored treats.

Given in moderation and/or for training purposes, makes for a happy pup! Only the best for our furry friends.

We'll have some at the New Bern Farmer's Market this Saturday from 8-2, along with our Fireside popcorn for humans!

We’re so excited to be part of Figapalooza this Saturday! We’ll be packing up Fireside Popcorn and making the trip from New Bern to Greenville (NC) to join this wonderfully unique celebration of figs, farmers, makers, bakers, and community.

We love discovering new places and meeting the people who make Eastern North Carolina such a special place to live!

And yes… we’re bringing popcorn... nine fresh flavors with plenty of samples for you to try ALONG WITH our new Pop'n & Wag'n popcorn treats for dogs!

🍿 Behind the Popcorn: The Cooling Table

Ever wonder what happens after we make our caramel?

This is the cooling table—where the magic really starts to happen.
Freshly caramel-coated popcorn comes out warm, and we work it across the table, gently separating and turning the kernels as the caramel cools and sets.

It’s a hands-on process, and it’s one of the little details that helps give our caramel flavors that delicious crunchy, buttery coating we love.

From our popper to the cooling table to your bag… every batch is made with a little time, a lot of care, and plenty of love.

Whether you're getting a gift for a friend or need a little treat for yourself, our website in the bio provides our various flavors - something for everyone.

We'll also be at The Backyard Bee's this Saturday from 9-2. We'd love to see familiar faces, meet new people and give you samples to discover your favorites!

September has a way of changing the rhythm.

The evenings come a little earlier. We linger outside a little longer and settle in a little sooner.

A neighbor reminded us of that this week when she ordered eight bags of Fireside to take along as she travels—visiting family, exploring new places, and sharing a little something good along the way.

It made us think about the places we've seen Fireside show up. Sometimes it's the appetizer. Sometimes the snack. Sometimes the dessert.

That's really what we hoped Fireside would become. Not just popcorn for an occasion, but something that helps make the occasion—whether you're traveling across the country or walking next door.

This is the season Fireside was made for.

Hello, September. We've been waiting for you.
