We just finished a fresh batch of our Espresso Caramel popcorn! From the caramelizer to the cooling table, where it gets its final dusting of espresso, this flavor is ready for its debut—and we'll have plenty of samples to share during Art Walk tonight at Mitchell Hardware !

A little behind-the-scenes look at the magic happening yesterday! ✨

This is Sean misting one of our fresh batches of Black Truffle Parmesan popcorn while it tumbles and spins, helping every kernel catch just the right amount of seasoning. It's a labor of love, and we made batch after batch yesterday to get ready for today's farmers market!

One of the things we love most about being part of both Harvest at the Harbour Farmers Market and New Bern Farmer's Market is that we shop there too. The same market where we sell our popcorn is where we pick up fresh chicken thighs, produce, eggs, and ingredients for our own family meals.

It’s a community of farmers, makers and creatives who genuinely care about good food, quality ingredients, and supporting one another — and that mindset inspires how we make our popcorn too.

The “seed” for Fireside Popcorn was planted years ago through my father’s love of popcorn and the memories we created. But it truly began to blossom during my college years, when I started making Buttery Caramel popcorn for friends.

Today, Buttery Caramel has become the best-selling flavor of all our creations, and hearing your stories and feedback continues to mean so much to us.

Recently, someone shared this with us after a gathering with friends:
