Welcome to Roll & Reverence!
Hello, friends! My name is Deborah Howard, and I want to personally welcome you to Roll & Reverence by Brown Sugar Flavor LLC.
My love for baking began when I was 9 years old, learning beside my mother, Eleanor, lovingly known as "Brown Sugar." She taught me that baking is about much more than ingredients--- it's about serving others with love, patience and generosity.
Those lessons stayed with me throughout my life. After spending 27 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse, caring for patients and their families, I found myself returning to the kitchen and to the traditions my mother passed down. Today, Roll & Reverence allows me to combine that same spirit of caring with my passion for baking.
Every loaf of artisan sourdough, every cinnamon roll, every Honey Bun Cake, and every baked treat is made from scratch with care and attention to quality.
What makes this journey even more special is that it has become a true family effort. My husband is helping with operations, my son is building our future farm stand, and my grandchildren are beginning to learn and help in the business. Watching another generation become part of what my mother started is something I treasure.
