We've been unusually quiet. 😔 April 19th our sauce mobile was shook up. Glad to report no sauce was lost and we are back on schedule. Thank you for all the kind words and patience with us. 🚚🙏🏾 We will just get a bigger logo on next truck 😎

Still catching up from the weekend! Definitely support this wonderful food truck in New Bern! Great people!

Met a great gentleman yesterday that makes this wonderful hot sauce, full of flavor and just the right amount of heat.
I will have it in the food trailer and urge everyone that appreciates a hand crafted locally produced product to keep an eye out at your local stores and businesses.
Julian’s Caribbean Sauce , you won’t want to put it down.
