Hillcroft Farm will be hosting our annual maple weekend open house THIS SATURDAY, March 21st, from 10-2. Come stock up on your supply, sample some warm syrup, try some maple goodies, and maybe bring home a few maple recipes to enjoy.

The sap is flowing & we’re busy boiling! Join us on Saturday & Sunday, March 15-16, 2025 for our annual Maple Weekend open house. From 10 am - 2 pm, we’ll be boiling. We will have samples, syrup for purchase and some small maple goodies to try. Hope to see you there!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support the farm by cutting your own Christmas tree last weekend (11/30/24). I just wanted to remind everyone that we are now CLOSED for the season. Have a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.🎄 We look forward to seeing many of you back at the farm at our maple open house in the spring time 🍁
