Heat blueberries, 1/2 cup water , lemon juice and sugar till sugar is dissolved. In separate bowl stir together cold water and cornstarch. When blueberries are simmering slowly slowly add cornstarch mixture and stir till thickened

The orchard through floods and sometimes Itnis a beautiful day with sun and wind. Both days we have so many of our returning families and new visitors from Louisiana and Oklahoma. One little cutie had. A photo shoot for her upcoming Berry First Birthday. We are so blessed by watching your children grow up every year and by seeing the grown grandchild bring their grandmother for an outing.You have made our years in the orchard very special. Thank you!
