Flying H Ranch

Flying H Ranch Breeding, Raising, and Selling of Quarter Horses. In 1980, we started as a cattle operation. In 1991 we purchased 3 fillies from the WT Waggoner Estate.

We expanded our horse program in 1989 when we purchased 2 fillies from Tongue River Ranch. In 2005 we added a grandson of the Great Dry Doc to the fold, Docs Lighting Rod, to start our broodmare program. In 2006 the family went back to the WT Waggoner Horse sale and purchased more mares. Our broodmare band now carries the blood lines of Poco Bueno, Dash for Cash, Mr. Solono Smoke, Watch Jo Jack, a

nd He's an Eddy Eighty. We try to produce an all around horse that is athletic and full of cow sense. You can purchase the horses as yearlings, two-year olds, green broke two year olds (30 days of riding), or as a finished horse. Our trainer is our youngest son, he has not been certified as a Clinton Anderson Technician, BUT he follows the method to the T as well as taking the best from each well proven trainers I.E.-Clinton Anderson, Craig Cameron, Ken Cox, and etc. He was taught the trade by some wonderful horse trainers in the surrounding areas and has taken the best advice given to him and has woven it into one program that has been proven successful. The horses are taught respect, personal space, and are never beaten. The main outcome from the program is TRUST.

She is currently 14.2 hands. Dam: 15 hands
Sire: 14.3 hands. Should be 15 hands when grown. She is only halter broke. She has not been worked with. Feet need trimming. She has a good mind.
My health has not allowed me to work with her. We are downsizing our horses due to my health and age.
