If you’ve followed our journey with Lyssie Lou’s Cookie Co., you know this dream has been years in the making. We found the truck, we have the vision, and we’re ready to hit the road serving our community in a whole new way.

The only thing standing between us and getting started? The funds to bring it to life.
So, we’re doing what we know best: baking cookies. 💛

If just 150 people place an order, we’ll have the funds we need to take the next step toward opening our food truck. Every order truly makes a difference.

A big milestone is here! 🎉 We are getting a food truck. Where am I putting it? No clue. 🤷🏼‍♀️ That’s a future me problem!

In the meantime, you can help! We are trying to gather up gas money for our car (the fuel efficient one) and the van (not so fuel efficient one) to go pickup a food truck that was passed down to me when my grandfather passed last January, a bittersweet inheritance. ♥️

To get us to Colorado and back, we are offering delivery all week in Austin, San Antonio and New Braunfels! Just comment to order. Choose from 30 minis in a Kraft box or mini four packs in vanilla, lemon or prickly pear and lime, delivered to your door.
