Baon Supper Club has the great honor of catering Milton E. Proby Induction Ceremony at El Pomar August 15, 2025. This year, the honor is being bestowed upon Fred Padeway, a member of the Filipino-American community of Colorado.

We know this event is important for his family and his legacy. We also know the significance this holds for our Filipino-American Community here in Colorado. We have the opportunity to curate the menu with Fil Craves By: D'nette and feature desserts from Rhea M. Unfred with Iyang’s Pasalubong and coffee from Michael Beck of Venture Coffee.

Baon Supper Club is food for the journey. To fuel the impact we leave on others lives as we make our own path.

This event is open to the public, but an RSVP is required.
