We are the 5th generation of Friesenhahn's to farm the lands that make up Comal Pecan Farm, and are proud to offer pecans for your enjoyment. Beginning 09/26/20, we will be open Mon thru Sat. We grow primarily four soft shell varieties: Pawnee, Cheyenne, Wichita and Kiowa on about 50 acres. We sell fresh in-shell pecans, shelled pecans, pecan treats and pecan oil. We offer pecan cracking services at our farm store. Come visit us!

Our Story

Deep in the heart of Texas is a set of pecan barns nestled in the middle of thousands of pecan trees producing several varieties of soft-shelled pecans. For 20 years, Comal Pecan Farm has grown, shelled, and sold the tastiest pecans in all of the Lone Star State. We sort and grade each of our pecan varieties to make sure only the best go in our store for sale to our customers. We crack each batch of pecans and offer samples for our customers to taste and select the variety that suits their individual tastes. On top of all that, you can be sure to learn some nutritional facts along the way! There’s nothing more important to us than our New Braunfels community, so no matter if you’re a familiar face or walking in for the first time, you’re sure to leave here as part of the family.
