Well, life and other things happened, and I can now refocus on 7GT. The website is down (no orders/no payments) and getting updated and modified 7GT style. Getting computer things done to make it sizzle like a steak. Labeling will be the same except that the label will a name and what's in in it. ZG, sorry, the whiskey infused is coming down, but will keep it ZGHSPGJ. I'll have Finishing salt of all smokes, just smoked salt to add a little pinch before eating. Blends all on the website (once again, I have down right now, for updates and some 7GT flair. And, I have rubs and seasoning- brisket rub, Boston butt/rib rub. And, ribeye steak seasoning or anything beef. Used in hamburgers tonight. Oh yea... In have the brisket rub on there now along with turkey/poultry rub- both have Christmas on the. Same thing though, need to take off Xmas.
Many of these can really be used however you wish.
I also, got bored, and made-up sort of an all-purpose seasoning. Gave some to my Mother. About 2 weeks later, she asked if I had anymore of that SH*! She asked what's in it. I said secret. She called me a name and I gave her more. She said "I use sh #@ on everything. It's perfect for chicken, pork, and definitely fish/seafood.
It doesn't fit beef though. Oh, awesome on salads, too.
BQ, you have a $46 credit. Remember when I said I got your order and you said you didn't. Well, I saw a deposit months ago, and I couldn't pull up your order (the date you order, sometime late March, was right around when I stopped ordering & payment functionality, so some how you got thru. So, I didn't know what you wanted. My website is good for poking around right now for Finishing salts, blends, and now and the prices are the same, minus no whiskey-infused blends. I am making changes to labeling, I tried keeping it local with a printer here but wasn't working for me. When you have to go buy the paper for the labels. A print shop that doesn't have the labeling stock.... Will look the same but with what's in it. Also, to those who have ordered, do y'all like the bag I use (I do) or would you prefer in a small glass cool container, I have 2 types. One with an old school clamp lid with an orange rubber gasket or a small wide-mouthed glass jar. They are cool but pricey. Thinking just make available to purchase as well, so it's up to the client.

Next weekend will be an AWESOME weekend! 250th 4th of July. I got the brisket rubs and steak seasoning, poultry rub, and Boston Butt/ rib rub. And other seasonings for any hankerin'. Fire up those smokers and grills with 7GT.
