I just want to put it out here what happened to us at Dillards. We a group of some trained service dogs and some in training went to Dillards at Rolling Oaks Mall to get our dogs used to an escalator. Training with Train A Dog Save A Warrior never ends and they have weekly refresher sessions for the already trained dogs and also for dogs in training. Dogs in training are in the program for a while already and are only allowed to go to the group training if they are already highly trained and well behaved.

We didn't go on the escalator just sat the dog infront of it. We were very aware not to block shoppers and stay out of people's way. The store manager came with a cop and kicked us out. The cop was very firm and it definatly would have escalated if we didn't leave. Here is a report from Kens5 about it. What makes me mad is that they completly denied that they kicked us out. The store manager and the cop were really rude to us. I also complaint to Dillards personally and they didn't write me back.

if you know anyone what needs a service dog or if you want to donate to help people get free service dogs please think about Train A Dog Save A Warrior it is an amazing organisation and they provide free training to help people in need get service dogs.

Train a Dog, Save a Warrior (TADSAW) aims to raise awareness after an incident at a local mall; they stress service dogs' legal rights and vital public training.
