Headed home from the BBQ Capital Showdown in Lockhart with a pretty solid day.

35th in brisket. Apparently our brisket identified as a participation trophy today.
We ended up 4th overall out of 45 teams. It was an honor to cook alongside some of the best teams in Texas at this State Championship. The level of talent out there is unreal, and we’re grateful for every chance we get to compete against the best.
