Hirschfeld's Freezer Beef We offer farm raised steers for freezer beef. Beef is sold by the whole, half or half or a half and butchering is completed to your specifications!

We raise dairy breed steers for the purpose of freezer beef. Our cattle are comprised of Holsteins, Swiss and Jersey breeds. The cattle are raised with an all grain, roughage (hay) free diet. This high energy diet leads to better marbling and more tender cuts of beef. The cattle are also hormone free. The beef is processed by Kah Meats in Wapak, OH. The processing is done custom to your specifications!

We have box beef available! Our box beef brings direct from the farm beef to your table. It is an affordable way to purchase beef without the investment of the whole beef. Our beef is grain finished for ideal marbling, USDA certified, hormone free, and has no additives. This is pure beef of the highest quality. Bulk burger is in 1 pound packages and is 90/10 blend. Steaks are packaged 2 in a pack except cube steak which is 4. Roasts are 3-5 pounds. Ask us about other ways to purchase our beef!
