No, no, these aren't really gumdrops to eat but rather a beautiful feast for your eyes.

Gomphrena are some of sweetest little summer flowers. They have crunchy, paper like petals like your favorite strawflowers.

This has been the wettest summer I can remember in a long time. You know what has been loving all this rain? No, it's unfortunately not the flowers. It's the w**ds!

The w**d management program on the farm usually includes frequent shallow cultivation and cover cropping. This year, the w**d management program is a lawn mower.

New motto- If you can't beat 'em, mow 'em.

I love to design bouquets that are just bursting with color. This week, the garden inspired me to create something completely different - soft color, simple, and elegant.

These bouquets are full of Lisianthus (they look like big open roses), beautiful soft white gladiolas, and baptisia.

I got to deliver fresh, locally grown flowers to so many amazing people last week. I just wanted to take the time to say thank you.

Thank you for supporting locally grown flowers. Thank you for supporting the community by showing up at the markets and showing your love to the makers that pour their heart and soul into their craft.

I love hearing all the amazing stories of your flower bouquet, "I'm buying this bouquet to put a smile on my mom's face", "This bouquet is celebrating my friend visiting from out of town", "I'm buying this bouquet just for me."

It has been a busy week harvesting and arranging and delivering so many beautiful flowers. If you missed out on a bouquet this week, you can still treat yourself to your favorite summer flowers by coming out to the tomorrow 9-1p on Bank St, Sewickley.
