In light of the Sayreville Farmer's Market being canceled this week, we'll see you guys next week!

We will be at Highland Park Farmers Market tomorrow from 11a-5p, making a fresh guacamole at the start of the market.

We'll have sampling of the ceviche, guacamole and chorizo.

We will back at Sayreville Farmer's Market & Highland Park Farmers Market next week..

We had/have some familial commitments, as well as Reyna unfortunately getting some pretty bad 2nd degree burns on her arm and hand 🏥

Production will resume this coming Wednesday 👍

Hey guys! This Thursday at Sayreville Farmer's Market, we will have our griddle turned on to sample our soy chorizo, as well offering prepared tacos using our nixtamal tortillas, chorizo and oyster mushroom meat.

This week, we'll be focusing on our tortillas, chorizo and ceviche 👍 (and 10lb of fresh guacamole being made at the beginning of the market!)

We will have more Chorizeh the following week..
