“I’m already sick, will this help?”
While elderberry is best used daily to boost immune function and ward off the virus-de-jour before it starts, taking it while sick can help to shorten and soothe symptoms. The tiny bit might elderberry packs a punch of vitamins A, B, and C and the ginger and cinnamon synergistically aid in reducing inflammation and have antiviral properties. We top our syrup off with raw, local honey for taste and added benefits. Many find the combination of spices and honey help soothe cough and congestion. Want to boost it even more? Add Wellness Tea for respiratory support from mullein and more germ fighting properties of echinacea.
