Arugula salad with scallops topped with our gluten free Gorgonzola pear salad dressing.

Arugula
Red onions
Cherry tomatoes
Pear
Scallops
Gorgonzola pear dressing

Prep the salad with fresh arugula, sliced red onions, sliced cherry tomatoes, and a thinly sliced pear

Season sea scallops with salt and pepper. Sear on high heat for 3 minutes on each side

Add the scallops to the salad and finish it off with the gorgonzola pear salad dressing
