Smoking Soul BBQ was formed by two high school friends that have been cooking at their mothers knees since they were boys. Learning the ways of the smoke over the last 5 years has brought them to this fusion BBQ concept. We take a Southern Soul food approach to our barbecue. We don't want to hear that argument are you KC? Carolina? etc... What we are is the flavors of Caribbean and Latin America

fused with classic techniques of all of those BBQ disciplines. Our focus is to bring the farm to your table with flavors and combinations that tickle the taste buds. We are working hard to get a food truck up and running but for now book us for some onsite catering, have us drop off a tray of food, or check us out at a local event.
